ABOUT KAITLYN DIETER 

Kailtyn Dieter is currently a 5th year senior in the Architectural Engineering Program at Penn State. She is persuing a Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering with a focus in construction management. Kaitlyn is intending on graduating in May 2016.

 

This past summer, Kaitlyn has gained valuable experience and knowledge working with a team of experts at Barton Malow Company. She interned on a project in Atlanta, Georgia where she plans to further her career upon gradution.  Throughout the summer, Kaitlyn assisted in responsibilities such as communicating to subcontractors to obtain closeout documents, updating the drawings and documents in order to go paperless, creating RFI's, running an Owner Architect Contractor meeting, among other tasks.

 

Kaitlyn has been involved in activities such as SSAE (Student Society of Architectural Engineers) and facilitiating students in WEP (Women in Engineering Program). In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys snowboarding and spending time outdoors camping, fourwheeling, and hiking.
